4. How we use information

We process end-customer data as a service provider to our business customers. Those customers are responsible for providing appropriate notice to their end customers and obtaining any required consents.

If you connect Google Workspace (for example, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or Google Sheets) to mbidAI, we access Google user data only as authorized by you through Google's OAuth consent screen and only to provide the features you enable in your workspace.

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models unrelated to delivering your configured workflows. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

You can disconnect Google Workspace at any time from your workspace integration settings in mbidAI, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. You may request deletion of workspace data, including data obtained from Google APIs, by contacting us at info@megafintech-hk.com. We will delete or anonymize applicable data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations and technical backup cycles.

mbidAI uses third-party AI model providers to classify intent, generate responses, analyze media, and execute configured skills. Message content and related context may be transmitted to these providers solely to deliver the service. We do not use end-customer conversation content to train public AI models.
